Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle with the company. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Onboard new employees and facilitate their smooth transition into the company.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Support performance management processes through coaching managers and employees, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
• Supports processing of semi-monthly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Assist with HR reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
