Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and supporting our employees throughout their lifecycle with the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success by ensuring effective HR operations and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate their smooth transition into the company.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Support performance management processes through coaching managers and employees, conducting performance reviews, and implementing development plans.
  • Supports processing of semi-monthly payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Assist with HR reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience, 4 years, as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
