Overview

Colt’s Manufacturing Company is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, strategic Assistant General Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting directly to Christopher Scott, General Counsel, for Colt CZ Group North America, the Assistant General Counsel and will have broad responsibility handling and managing legal affairs including HR and employment issues, intellectual property, government, commercial, and procurement contracts, sales, marketing, as well as litigation and other legal matters. The AGC will be part of the succession planning to replace the GC when he retires.

Experience

At least 5 years of legal experience; In-House legal experience preferred.

Location:

West Hartford, CT (on-site five days/week). Travel, both domestic and international, up to 5% required.
