Regional Finance Director

We are a global company serving customers across all different sectors and constantly looking at ways companies improve in its efficiency and speed. As part of its critical expansion roadmap, we are now looking for a Regional Finance Director role based in Singapore.

Description

This role will head up the APAC Finance function, direct reporting to global CFO and leading a team across accounting, FP&A, tax with a focus on commercial finance support. You are a key business partner in building the FP&A capabilities and identifying opportunities to drive growth alongside commercial and operations stakeholders. You will provide visibility on financials and influence decision making. This individual will be actively involved in process enhancement projects to implement lean accounting methodologies to improve overall efficiencies of the finance processes. You will be instrumental in the post-merger integration of acquired entities as the company grows.

Profile

The ideal candidate should be Degree qualified in Finance & Accounting and CPA / CA is a plus. A finance leader with a proven track record in partnering commercial teams and leading the regional finance teams to drive growth and expansion. You are a strong communicator with proven experience as the finance head across APAC markets of diverse challenges. Ability to challenge the status quo and work in an ambiguous environment is highly desired.
