Responsible for consolidated financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for North America & Latin America and the Caribbean. Supports month-end close, commercial team, and business reviews with exposure to senior leadership.

- Report & analyze consolidated sales, direct profit, expenses, and working capital for Americas.
- Assist in monthly close, ensuring consistent financial reporting with FP&A team.
- Deliver detailed P&L analysis and consolidated month-end deck presentation.
- Ensure data accuracy in GIS & Hyperion management reporting systems.
- Support annual budget & quarterly forecasts for NA & LAC regions:
- Consolidate Americas P&L & detailed subregion views.
- Conduct variance analysis, highlight risks & opportunities.
- Upload forecasts in Oracle/HFM as needed.
- Prepare presentations for CCO, VP of Corp Finance, and VPs.
- Liaison between FP&A, Global Product Marketing Organization, and Operations for cost updates, budgets & forecasts.
- Lead ad hoc analysis & process improvement projects.
- Represent Finance in special projects (e.g., pricing review, tariff impacts).
- Master’s in accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or MBA would be an advantage in future career progression.
- 8 years of diversified finance experience including reporting and analysis.
- Experience in financial modelling and business partnering is a must.
- Knowledge of product costing, including duties and transportation cost structures.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with MS office suite software with key strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in HFM/FCCS and Qlikview Business Intelligence an advantage
