In this position you will play a vital role in overseeing the credit, collections and accounts receivable function, including the staff, policies & processes for North America.

- Develop risk management and modeling solutions to support the granting of credit and terms.
- Support sales and profitability growth through effective customer account management while mitigating risk.
- Maximize cash collections as measured by DSO and other KPIs.
- Monitor and manage the company’s credit portfolio through effective and consistent utilization of credit rating and credit monitoring tools and analytics.
- Focus AR & collection activities on high value/ high return activities through effective reporting and metrics
- Promote positive customer relationships and service.
- Represent the Credit & Finance function in cross functional teams.
- Train, develop and coach staff promoting a culture of professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience
- 10 years of experience in credit management and collections, preferably in a mid to large size corporate and global environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Power BI)
- Experienced with ERP systems (Order to Cash, AR, Trade Management, Customer Master modules)
- Experienced in deductions management and dispute resolution.
- Exposure to rebates management a plus
