Project Manager
The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of complex organizational and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and successful execution. Schedule
- 1.0 FTE, (40hrs/wk) working Monday through Friday approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm.
How Project Managers Empower Recovery:
- Manage and deliver complex IT and organizational projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and EHR integrations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to ensure projects meet defined goals.
- Implement structured methodologies to prioritize and manage organizational resources effectively.
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage scope changes by documenting, reviewing, and obtaining stakeholder approval.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, dependencies, costs, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage communication plans, providing clear and regular updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal and external project managers, systems integrators, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Assist in developing and rolling out IT PMO standards and processes.
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing complex projects and programs, including Gantt chart creation.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with new application implementation (e.g., ERP, EHR, TMS).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems integration.
- Experience establishing and executing IT PMO processes.
