Job Opportunity at Accede Solutions Inc. We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Director to join our team. As the Hospital Pharmacy Director, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, directing, and supervising pharmacy activities and personnel, including managing new programs within the department and for the hospital. You will maintain the pharmacy within established hospital and regulatory agency laws, DNV, and Department of Public Health Regulations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: directing and supervising pharmacy department staff. selecting, training, orienting, and assigning department staff through management staff. developing standards of performance and monitoring staff; evaluating performance and initiating or recommending personnel actions. developing and recommending department operating budget and ensuring that the department operates within allocated funds. coordinating duties and assigning daily work assignments of all pharmacists. preparing work and vacation schedules. participating in administrative staff meetings and attending other meetings as assigned. establishing and maintaining communications within the department and with other hospital departments.
- As the Hospital Pharmacy Director, you will maintain quality assurance records and techniques of the department.
- You will develop policies and procedures relating to pharmacy department and distribution and administration of drugs throughout the hospital.
- You will ensure delivery of quality and safe pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients, and employees.
