Job Description:
Pride Health is seeking a Pharmacy Director to oversee the pharmacy department at our medical facility. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with experience in managing pharmacy operations and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pharmacy department, including supervising staff and coordinating with other departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.
- Monitor and report on medication use and safety, including adverse event reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy with MS or PharmD preferred.
- Licensed as a pharmacist in Michigan.
- Three to five years of supervisory/administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations.
