About the Role
We are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents and are seeking a qualified CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) to provide routine patient care and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with basic hygiene needs, maintaining an optimum level of mobility and assisting patients with nutritional intake, as needed.
- Collect and document patient data, including vital signs and other delegated measurements.
- Perform procedures and use equipment as delegated by a licensed professional, consistent with demonstrated competencies and state scope of practice.
Qualifications
- CNA certification in Texas.
- 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
