We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support project execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role involves scheduling, coordinating project activities, managing development tasks, supporting testing efforts, and maintaining project documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT project coordination, Agile methodologies, Microsoft tools, and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate working sessions, touchpoints, and project meetings using Agile principles.
- Organize and manage development tasks across the application lifecycle using MS Azure DevOps.
- Maintain high-level permit workstream schedules in ClickUp.
- Support and facilitate staff and end-user testing sessions.
- Write and maintain project documentation, templates, and key artifacts.
- Contribute to the design library and other project tools/systems.
- Facilitate the organization and accessibility of project documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks effectively.
- Support financial tracking and familiarity with financial accounts as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of IT project management experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Office 365 (SharePoint, MS Teams).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience with Microsoft Visio (highly desired, 1 year preferred).
- Familiarity with financial accounts in a project environment.
