Title : IT Project Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager
Compensation : Salary up to $75k / yr. plus benefits, commensurate with experience
Location : 100% onsite in midtown Manhattan
Position Description
RCM is seeking an IT Project Coordinator for our commercial real estate client.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the project manager to liaise between IT and project requestors.
- Perform all project coordination, collaboration, and communication tasks.
- Work with all IT project leads on a weekly basis to capture accurate project status.
- Support the project manager to document accurate and up-to-date project portfolio status.
- Support the project manager with accurate project and operational budgets.
- Carry out all project and operational procurement tasks as needed by the IT department.
- Create detailed work plans identifying and sequencing activities for successfully completing projects.
- Handle weekly as well as ad hoc reporting requests efficiently and effectively.
- Consolidate research findings from numerous sources into presentation-quality summaries.
- Summarize technical projects in visually compelling, brief and intuitive overviews.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by management.
