What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Clinician for Children with Autism position at Accel Therapies?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to join our team at Accel Therapies. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, collecting and maintaining data on client progress, and collaborating with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
- Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior observations.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Previous childcare experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive and team-player attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
