Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient Behavior Therapist to join our team in providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Direct Client Support: Provide individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients, following the behavior intervention plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Program Supervisor (PS).
- Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
