**Program Supervisor Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Supervisor to join our team at Accel Therapies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians, and fostering a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs): Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for clients, ensuring they are evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client's needs.
• Client Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Behavior Assessments and Intervention Plans: Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Supervision and Training: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA.
• Performance Evaluations and Team Meetings: Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and brainstorm strategies for challenging cases.
• Written Reports and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive and accurate written reports detailing client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies.
• Meticulous Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Innovative Programming: Develop engaging and appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, that align with clients' goals and interests, enhancing their overall learning experience.

Requirements**

• Ipad and Laptop Proficiency: Efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed.
• Varying Work Environments: Work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings as well as telehealth.
• Client Interaction: Work on the floor or in children's chairs with clients.
• Safety and Security: Handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety.
• Clearances and Requirements: Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check.
• Bilingualism: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications and Experience**

• Education**: A completed Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field OR In process Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field and Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a strong understanding of behavior management techniques and interventions.
• Leadership Experience**: Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Report Writing and Data Analysis**: Proficient in report writing, data analysis, and documentation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Creativity in developing engaging activities and interventions for clients Knowledge of ethical guidelines and industry standards in ABA therapy.

Physical Requirements**

• Prolonged Sitting and Computer Work**: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Lifting and Mobility**: Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Accessibility**: Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
