Program Supervisors support the implementation of ABA therapy programs across home, center, community, and school settings, supervise Behavior Technicians, and provide parent/caregiver training. Program Supervisors will report to a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10-15 cases and ensure programs are being run correctly, progress is being made, and families are satisfied
- Coordinate with family and staff and manage your own schedule to provide the appropriate level of supervision and parent/caregiver training, maximizing service utilization
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Supervisor(s) to update treatment plans as needed and ensure proper collection of data against goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all client and colleague interactions
- Finish daily clinical notes on time and with accuracy
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings as well as telehealth
- Work on the floor or in children's chairs with clients
- Handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety
- Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
Experience and Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree is required with a Masters in progress
- 1 years working with children with Autism and/or related disorders
- A proactive approach to managing your cases and supporting the broader clinical team
- A positive and team-player attitude

Pay: $26.00 - $30.50 per hour
