">Your Responsibilities
">- ABA Therapy Sessions: Work one-on-one with clients in various settings to implement individualized ABA therapy programs.
- Data Management: Record and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior observations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the BCBAs and PS to ensure the coordinated delivery of services.
Requirements
">- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities.
- Previous childcare experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive and team-player attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
