Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (desired)
- Previous childcare experience (a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and team-player attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
