Job Summary:
This ABA Behavior Technician role involves implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
You will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions targeting specific behavior goals under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).
- Direct Client Support: Provide ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings.
- Data Collection: Record client progress, behavior observations, and relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Behavior Intervention: Implement strategies outlined in the treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
