Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for direct client support, data collection, behavior intervention, collaboration, and professional development.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS.
- Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
- Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
- Attend ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Please note that this position requires reliable transportation and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
