Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $20-25/hour, depending on experience, degree, certifications, and other factors. Promotions opportunities are available every 3-6 months with at least $1 pay raise each time. In addition, employees can receive up to $5/hr in pay increases within 21 months.
Our benefits package includes up to 30 days off per year, including mental health days and paid holidays. We also offer healthcare benefits for full-time employees, 401k availability with company match and vesting schedule, and paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
