- Develop and implement personalized ABA therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client
- Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Foster strong relationships with families and caregivers through clear, empathetic communication
- Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills in ABA therapy
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a significant asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a patient and caring demeanor
- Ability to navigate various settings, including home, school, and community environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling a must
