Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans and track progress towards goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Valid certification as a BCBA required.
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
