The role of a Program Supervisor is crucial in ensuring our clients receive evidence-based treatment programs. As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation of ABA programs, provide supervision to Behavior Technicians, and foster a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for clients
- Monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A completed Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with a strong understanding of behavior management techniques and interventions
- Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
