As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in achieving our mission by ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for your clients. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise, and train parents/caregivers, and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
* Conduct regular progress monitoring and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
* Supervise and train staff members on implementing treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
* 2 years of experience in ABA therapy
* Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
