The Clinical Director will oversee client-related activities, staff management, and operational tasks within our organization. This role requires exceptional leadership, clinical expertise, and operational acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations.
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Schedule regular meetings with the team and conduct performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
