This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Director, overseeing client-related activities, staff management, and operational tasks within our organization.
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients. You will also maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times and adhere to all company policies and procedures, representing the company professionally in all situations.
You will implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals, supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors, support internal curriculum and clinical resources, and maintain 30 billable hours per week.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, along with a valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). You should have experience working with individuals with disabilities and demonstrate passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
Benefits
