Clinical Director Speech Therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Therapy: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapy and interventions, collaborate with BCBAs and BTs, educate clients and their families, document client progress, and utilize specialized equipment.
• Clinical Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and maintain electronic documentation system workflow and templates, maintain audits according to regulatory requirements, plan, review, and monitor referrals for relevance and timeliness of service delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance/quality assurance.
• Leadership: Exhibit ancillary SLP leadership, exhibit high initiation in program development and performance improvement projects, meet with key service personnel, manage and supervise clinical and support staff, develop staff clinical training program, and lead new hires through established activities.
