Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Implement and track data against goals, ensuring quality service delivery
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times and adhere to company policies
- Support internal curriculum development and clinical resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Valid certification as a BCBA
- Interest and experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and commitment to helping clients and families
