Job Description
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for clients on their caseload. Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising staff, and training parents/caregivers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Provide supervision and parent training across various environments.
- Able to efficiently use company technology for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, and scheduling.
- Ability to work in diverse settings, including in-home, community-based, school, and center environments.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
