The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a proven track record of delivering effective treatment plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor, working closely with our staff to ensure seamless implementation of treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Suport internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
- Suport other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Requirements:
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families
