Location: San Bernardino, CA Region
A Day in the life of a BCBA
Assessment and Analysis: Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Implementation and Supervision: Collaborate closely with Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing supervision and training to expand your reach.
Data Collection and Analysis: Use evidence-based methods to track progress, assess results, and make informed adjustments to interventions based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and clinicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients and their families.
Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Advanced knowledge about autism spectrum disorder
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- CPR certification in both pediatrics and adults
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
- Bilingual (preferred)
