The Clinical Supervisor will ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for their clients on their caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to develop empirically based intervention methods
- Support quality assurance, training, and other critical functions
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
