">The Role: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
">We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans and programming for clients on your caseload.
">Responsibilities
">- ">
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients ">
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times ">
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations ">
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals ">
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors ">
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods ">
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc. ">
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week ">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- ">
- Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments ">
- Ability to efficiently use a Company iPad and Laptop for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications that may be needed ">
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings ">
- Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check ">
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred ">
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required ">
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required ">
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities ">
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families ">
