Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year, plus up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation bonus available. Job Summary
The Clinical Supervisor will ensure the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for clients on their caseload. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for helping individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
