The Clinical Supervisor Role
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of all treatment plans and programming for your clients. This includes conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations.
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
- Support quality assurance, training, and other critical functions.
Requirements
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
