You will be responsible for managing and coordinating SLP operations, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance, and supporting the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line across the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and direction to the SLP team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Operational Management: Manage and coordinate SLP operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality across the SLP department.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with Accel leadership to develop and implement strategies for growing the Speech service line across current and new markets.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in speech pathology required.
- Experience: A minimum of three to five years of experience working in the speech pathology field is preferred.
- Licensure: State license as a speech pathologist is required.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to manage teams, proficiency in conducting speech, language, and swallowing assessments, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
