Job Opportunity
We're seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with clients to implement individualized therapy programs and provide one-on-one support.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans in various settings
- Recording and maintaining data on client progress
- Collaborating with team members to ensure coordinated service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements and Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Previous childcare experience highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Workplace Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer work
- Lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally required
