As the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our Center operations. This includes taking care of our amazing clients, supporting our dedicated staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate provider outreach efforts to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing strategies.
- Manage and update client/staff schedules, including assigning sub-sessions and handling call-outs.
- Ensure the center is well groomed and maintained at all times.
- Participate in staff interviews, onboarding, and support training sessions.
- Plan and execute team events to reinforce staff morale.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare administration).
- 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an ABA therapy center or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
