As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch therapy services to our clients and their families. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Center operations, including administrative tasks, staff support, compliance and quality assurance, communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate outreach efforts to build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing strategies.
- Manage client/staff schedules, including assigning sub-sessions and making necessary adjustments.
- Ensure the center is well-groomed and maintained at all times.
- Keep accurate records, documentation, and data collection systems in line with regulations and quality standards.
- Staff Support
- Participate in staff interviews, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Plan and execute team events to reinforce staff morale and foster a positive work environment.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching through regular conversations with staff.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Stay up to date with regulations, laws, and accreditation standards that apply to autism therapy centers.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and maintain licenses and certifications.
- Regularly conduct audits to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Implement safety protocols to create a secure and healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among the therapy team, families, and stakeholders.
- Lead team meetings to share important updates and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Collaborate with the Center Director and other teams to align operational strategies with the center's goals.
- Be the center's friendly face in internal and external meetings, promoting our services and building strong relationships.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an ABA therapy center or similar healthcare setting.
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
