Job Summary
This position involves supporting students with behavioral challenges under the supervision of teachers. As a paraprofessional, you'll work closely with the teaching staff to provide instructional support, monitor student behavior, and help develop social skills.
You'll be responsible for:
- Providing supplemental instruction to individual students or small groups
- Monitoring student behavior and redirecting inappropriate behaviors
- Helping students build social skills and foster healthy concepts
- Assisting teachers in developing and using materials to enhance learning
