The Program Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of ABA programs, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians, and fostering a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for clients.
- Monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians.
- Prepare comprehensive written reports detailing client progress and behavior assessment outcomes.
