About the Position:

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, maintain regulatory compliance, and supervise and support our clinical staff. Additionally, you will have opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Provide direct therapy services, conduct assessments and diagnoses, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality interventions to improve client outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain audit processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and identify areas for quality improvement.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support our clinical staff, provide training and development opportunities, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Business Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies, build relationships with community providers, and drive business growth.
