We are seeking an experienced SLP Service Line Leader to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all practices for the SLP services. This position includes clinical and administrative oversight of SLP operations, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and supporting the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Clinical Team
- Direct and manage a team of speech therapists and other clinical staff.
- Ensure seamless coordination of SLP services and integration with other ABA therapies.
Clinical Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for SLP services.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor referrals and adjust service delivery accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in the field of SLP.
Leadership Development
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members.
- Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Business Development
- Promote Accel Therapies' services and expertise to local communities and healthcare professionals.
- Build partnerships with schools, hospitals, and other organizations to expand services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SLP.
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology required
- State license as a speech pathologist is required
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SLP
