Job Summary:
The Speech Services Manager will oversee the management and coordination of all SLP services, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and supporting the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of clinical and support staff in delivering high-quality SLP services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies related to growing our speech business.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- State license as a speech pathologist is required.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
