About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Speech Services Manager to lead our Speech Therapy Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all practices for the SLP services, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance and strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Therapy: Conduct assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Clinical Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and maintain electronic documentation system workflow and templates pertaining to SLP. Maintain audits according to regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Exemplify leadership skills by initiating program development and performance improvement projects for the SLP service.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with Accel leadership to plan the growth of the Speech service line across current markets and in new markets.
Requirements
- Mastery expertise in the field of SLP required.
- Experience working in diverse clinical settings and leading new markets preferred.
