Overview: Accel Therapies is a leader in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and speech therapy services. We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapy Operations Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and at least three years of experience working in diverse clinical settings. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all SLP practices, ensuring the highest level of quality assurance, and supporting the strategic growth of our Speech Therapy Services line.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct Therapy: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Clinical Quality Assurance: Design, implement, and maintain electronic documentation system workflow and templates pertaining to SLP, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor referrals for relevance and timeliness of service delivery.
- Leadership: Exhibit leadership skills, manage and supervise clinical and support staff, provide career development opportunities, and lead new hires through established activities.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with Accel leadership to strategically plan the growth of the Speech service line across current markets and new markets.
