The Clinical Director will be responsible for:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
- Maintaining HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures and representing the company professionally in all situations.
- Implementing treatment plans and tracking data against goals.
- Supervising and assisting Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- SUPPORTING internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods.
- Maintaining 30 billable hours per week.
