About the Role
The Clinical Director will oversee client-related activities, staff management, and operational tasks. This leadership position requires exceptional clinical expertise, operational acumen, and passion for helping clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times.
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals.
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
Requirements
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field required.
- A valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
