NOW HIRING: HR Director

HR Director responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including staffing, benefits, compensation, and compliance with local and federal laws
• Lead recruitment efforts to ensure the staffing needs of the facility are met with qualified, compassionate candidates
• Develop and implement employee training programs and performance management systems
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Administer employee benefit programs and ensure effective communication with staff
  
  
  

HR Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a management role
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
