HR Director responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee all HR functions, including staffing, benefits, compensation, and compliance with local and federal laws
- Lead recruitment efforts to ensure the staffing needs of the facility are met with qualified, compassionate candidates
- Develop and implement employee training programs and performance management systems
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a management role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
