What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead development of production-grade AI agents, designing frameworks that push the boundaries of automated sales conversations
- Build and enhance agent capabilities with a focus on scalability and rapid deployment
- Implement automated analytics to measure and improve performance across thousands of conversations
- Partner with product and sales teams to continuously evolve our AI solutions
- Shape technical strategy and mentor future team members as an early engineering hire
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of software engineering experience, with strong expertise in production Python development
- Typescript, React
- Track record of building end-to-end solutions independently
- Startup experience and familiarity with AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex) is a plus
- Background in ML pipelines, NLP, and RAG systems is beneficial
